Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for ImageEditorAI.co credits and image editing tasks.

1. Credit purchases

ImageEditorAI.co sells one-time credit packs for image editing tasks. The credit amount, price, currency, and any checkout-specific terms are shown before purchase.

Payment-provider terms shown during checkout may also apply.

2. Free credits

Free credits have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for money.

3. Paid credit packs

Unused paid credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, unless the checkout page states a different period.

Credits that have been used, reserved for an active task, granted as a bonus, issued for free, or applied through a promotion are not refundable.

4. Failed or unavailable tasks

If an image editing task fails, becomes unavailable, or cannot be completed because of a provider or service error, the reserved credits for that task should be released back to your account instead of charged.

If credits were incorrectly charged for a failed task, contact support@imageeditorai.co with your account email and task details.

5. Completed AI outputs

Because AI image results are computational digital outputs, completed tasks are generally not refundable solely because the output is subjective, imperfect, or not what you expected.

Please review prompts carefully before submitting. We may review exceptional cases, but approval is at our discretion unless required by law.

6. Abuse and policy violations

Refunds may be denied if we determine that a request is connected to abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, violation of our terms, or attempts to bypass usage limits.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@imageeditorai.co with your account email, order ID if available, task ID if relevant, and a short explanation.

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
